Full payment before I do the rendering after I sent you the sketch. The payment is through my Paypal.

I reserve the right to decline commissions that is too complex/difficult to complete or any other reasons.

The finished illustration can be posted through my twitter. If you dont want it to be posted in public please write your reasons before the work starts.

Describe your character as detailed as possible. Characters without clear visual references will be charged extra.

Complex designs such as highly detailed design costs extra fee.

Commercial type commissions are 2x - 5x the base price; the rate will increase depending on the project.

Merchandise

Art / Graphic made for shops or any business-related work/ original domain websites.

Promotional material, CD covers, game assets, book covers, social media artwork, icons, etc.

YouTube / Twitch assets (banner, avatar, art in videos) and having my work on any ad-supported sites/platforms.

I will allow 3 revisions during the sketch and color stage, like minor corrections for the pose and expression (if not specified), accessories, or the color. Any major revisions and after that will have an additional fee from $15 - $50. I will only make small changes like markings and color adjustments once the illustration is finished.

Changes such as completely different poses, characters, outfits, etc. are not allowed if I have already started rendering the piece.

I work according to my own pace, please do not rush me, a signle piece will usually take 4days to be completely polished.

I have the right to stream your order on youtube, or other streaming site i would use in the future. Please let me know if you want me to work on this in secrecy. **Private

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

The client/commissioner is not allowed and does not have the right to mint or sell the commission as NFT.

You will only be receiving digital art. No physical goods will be shipped.

You are not allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy, or modify any finished art I have made without permission.

If you are to repost the commission anywhere, you will credit me as the artist. (@HimuraSoichiro)

You may use the finished artwork for social media profile pictures, desktop backgrounds & wallpapers. You may also print at your own leisure as long as it's for non-profit and solely for your own personal enjoyment.

I have the right to post your finished commission with my watermark on any of my social media sites or publish books using the piece.

A smaller resolution of the finished drawing will be posted in my gallery as part of my portfolio.
